application. The drawing need not be of
professional quality, but neatness and accuracy are encouraged. The following items are REQUIRED to
be shown on the drawing before the permit will be granted:

Information:

Blueprint required for
all new construction.
·
The accuracy of all
lot lines and dimensions shown on this permit application are the sole
responsibility of the applicant. The
city will issue the permit based on the information provided by the
applicant. If this information proves,
at any point, to be inaccurate, the property owner may be required to alter the
structure to bring it into compliance with city ordinances. The City of Swisher strongly urges
applicants have the proposed projects surveyed by a professional surveyor to
insure compliance.

all construction debris and keep site clean.

Building permit
applications and $25 fee must be returned to the City Hall.
·
It is the
responsibility of the applicant to determine if sub-division covenants may
affect this project.

Fees are set by
resolution by the city council.
·
