NOW AVAILABLE AT SWISHER CITY HALL AND SWISHER LIBRARY:
	COVID-19 TEST IOWA KITS

  

Test Iowa - Iowans with symptoms of COVID-19 or who have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual can access Test Iowa test kits at Swisher City Office or Swisher Library. 

Must have mask on to obtain kit.

Kits may be dropped off for processing at the Johnson County Public Health Office, the State Hygienic Lab in Coralville, or mailed in.  Additional drop off locations:  https://www.testiowa.com/en#find-a-pick-up-site   

Results are emailed about 24 hours after received at the lab.  Instructions will be inside the kits.
